In the north west part of the Parish of Aberdour 3 chains east of Mossgreen Church.
A few houses, occupied by agricultural labourers. An Inn, Grocer's Shop and Smithy. A Coal Dyke terminates here whence the name. It is sometimes written and pronounced College, but Mr Burns the factor says that the proper orthography is that which is given.
