A small Farmhouse & homestead Situate ¼ Mile South of Comrie Dean Viaduct. Mr Hogg believes Rennies Wells to be the correct Name of this farm. Formerly there were two beautiful Springs [pf]hard & soft water near to the Ho[use] which were destroyed by the Parties working the Mines of the Estate. It lead to a lawsuit , at the trial a very eminent Council, made the same plausible remark.
