A neat Cottage within the pleasure grounds Around Minto Cottage, leased by the Lochgelly Iron and Coal Company and at present occupied by the Company's Cashier attached is an old farm Steading. The Cottage popularly goes under the name of Place House but the Earl of Minto has recently named it "The Mains".
