This name applies to the most Southern Summit of Benarty Hill Its surface is rocky heathy pasture. A fine View of the Firth of Forth is obtainable from the summit and of the summit from the Forth hence mariners entering this estuary take that portion of Benarty Hill as their landmark which in consequence is designated the "Seamark" So the given authorities State, but Hill is now added.
