A small Circle of Stones on Dowhill Muir Close to the Nivingston Road marks the Spot which tradition points out as the Grave of a Chapman or Peddlar who hanged himself on or about the place Some years ago a man who was Sceptical About the tradition dug into the Grave and found human bones.
