A small stream having its source in Dalton Ph [Parish] It flows in Southerly direction through several farms, and is better known by the name of these farms,
It takes its name from a saw Mill which was formerly a Corn Mill" a few hundred yds west of Clarencefield, falls into the Solway Firth
This Stream is recognised in its course through this Parish as Brow Burn Old residenters state "Mill Burn" to be an innovation.
