140.13 A cluster of buildings, the greater portion of which was originally used as a distillery, but for a number of years no work has been carried on in it, and it is now in a very dilapidated condition. The remainder are dwellinghouses of 1 and 2 stories slated and in good repair, the whole, the property of Robert Bruce Esqr. Kennet House.
Their are three wharves erected at this place for the exportation of coals from the pits in the immediate vicinity
