037 A small stream rising on Briagh na h-Abhainn, flowing into the Berriedale River. Near its junction with the river, are a few Cairns, where it is said a conflict took place between some Sutherland & Caithness men, about some calves which were stolen by the former, the latter party overtook them here & defeted the Sutherlanders, - hence the name. The dead were buried under the Cairns.
