A stone stair leads - from what appears to have been on a level with the second floor herein, to that of the third "Story" - straight. The out worKs of this "Castle" are all destroyed. To whom this belonged, the date of it's erection, or by whom it was founded is entirely unKnown. Human remains were discovered by the excavation of the outworks. Proprietor Sir. J.G.
