008 The principle streamlet in the Parish. Takes its rise the old mill Dams about half A mile South of the Mains-of-Brabstermyre. It also receives several small streams in its passade to the sea. It is named the Gill Burn untill within A short distance of where it crosses the County Road. From thence untill it falls into the Sea at Freswick House it is called the Burn of Freswick
