012 This ruin was excavated and ploughed up, some 40 years ago; by the present tenant Mr. D. Henry. A number of Bronze buckles were found in it, in shape, similar to the shoe buckles worn by the Highlanders, when dressed in the Highland garb. He Says he found five or six whole ones, and a few broken ones. He thinks that the house had been destroyed by fire, from the fact, that in the interior, he found, great quantity of ashes and burned stones. None of these buckles are now to be found.
