204.06 A fine Quay on the north side of the Inner & Outer Harbour. On the South Side are 2 wooden sheds approriated as parcel offices and a waiting room for passengers also a draw bridge connecting a pier which separates the Inner and outer Harbours. The whole were erected in 1822 at a cost of ₤6500, one third of which was raised by subscriptions, and two thirds borrowed from the Exchequer.
