A tumuli was leveled and ploughed up here recently by Mr Duncan of Rhubodach, and a stone coffin with a scull in it found. The scull is pronounced to be a true "celtic scull". It was sent to London by the Revd [Reverend] Mr McBride at the desire of the Antiquarian Society. |
