Ph [Parish] Schoolmaster		 020.16 A streamlet flowing from a well, a Short distance South of the old Steading of Boon & takes a S.E [South East] course, through the farm of Corsbie and is crossed by the Turnpike Road leading to Kelso. It then enters Westruther parish and takes the name of Eden Water from that place where it joins the Tweed about 3 miles below Kelso.
