A small stream rising in a Marsh in Drakesmire & flows between the Parishes of Abbey St Bathans [detached] and Coldingham and Buncle which flows in an Easterly direction emptying itself into the Eye Water. It obtains its name from a portion of Marshy ground called Drakemire which is situated in the Parish of Buncle in which place the stream rises. |
