Was erected in 1853 by Subscriptions Chiefly from parties Connected with the High Free church, and is Supported by the Congregation. The Teacher has a small Government Grant together with the Pupils fees which is very Considerable, and also a Small Stipend from the High Free Church Committee. The School is inspected Annually by the Government inspector. Affords tuition in the elementary branches of an English education.- Average Attendance 300 |
