047 A Small but rather a rapid Stream for the length of its Course, it Collects on the north Side of Claffin Hill and flows in a north [west] direction till it falls into Cummock Burn adjacent to where the Parish Boundary joins that water [it has] a few Steep grassy banks along a part of it.
