040 A small but rapid mountain Stream which takes its rise from surface water, on the E. [East] base of Killmean Hill & after a Course of about two & a half miles mostly through rough pasture land empties itself into the Water of Coil. It is augmented by several small tributaries; & for the greater portion of its Course its bed is gravelly.
