The dwelling house & adjoining outhouses are slated & one storey high . Two of the outhouses are thatched & old buildings - Property of Sir [John ] Cathcart - it is supposed to be the Site of an old Chapel called [Allhallow] Chapel to which Paterson in his History of Ayrshire alludes but does not give its exact position.
