A Stream flowing out of Loch Goosey in a Southerly direction for about 35 chains thence takes a Southeasterly course by Knocglass 'till it falls into the Water of Cree about 220 yards South east of Knocglass house the portion next the loch is partly under ground and flowing at a very Slow rate the ground is nearly level it has only a very small opening at as it issuing out of the loch and for which reason the Loch Sometimes in winter rises to a great height Sometimes So high as to cover the Island in the Loch
