A cluster of loose irregular Shaped Rocks, Some Standing erect others lying flat on the Surface, in all directions. The inhabitants of the Neighbourhood Say that there was but one large Rock here formerly & that during a thunder Storm it was Struck by lightning. & broken into pieces as it now appears. They are a Kind of hard whinstone. |
