070 At present a mere heap of stones, it having been destroyed and the greater part of the stones removed for the purpose of building fences: It was erected to mark the place where a man was found "dead". A traveller supposed to have wandered on these hills and being worn out with fatigue lay down and died. It is designated Goodman's Cairn.
