The circle is about 40 ft. [feet] in diameter and is now enclosed by a fence or paling and planted with trees. It is (the circle of stones) of undoubted Druidical origin, and has been preserved and the tradition handed down from generation to generation. It is situated in an arable field a short distance N. [North] of the mansion house of Lochbuy. |
