069 On the top of a small oblong mound, which has the appearance of having been artificially made, situate about 8 chains N.E. [North East] of Callachally, this object is situated, It is sunk in the ground untill the top of it is on a level with the surface, the stone or Stones that may have formed its covering have been removed. It has lain in this condition for a long period, and I was unable to find any one who had seen it otherwise, or who could tell me when or by whom, it had been discovered or opened, or whether there was anything found in it. Its length is about 5 feet, breadth 2 feet & depth 1 foot 3 inches.
