213 This name is applied to a finely enclosed Burial ground at Skipness Point, within the enclosure stands the remains of a building said, by the Authorities, to have been a Chapel the walls stand entire and still their original height, no information as to its date of erection can be obtained in the locality, but it seems to be of considerable antiquity.
It is from this place that Kilbrannan Sound derives its name, being situated near northern entrance of the same.
