FORT [Pluck] Fort Pointed out by Robert Bingham (Gamekeeper) 247 This is another enclosure with rounded corners about 30 yds [yards] long by 15 wide. The wall is most perfect at the southern & eastern sides. The E. side faces the sea. The wall is composed of large blocks without mortar as usual in Hill forts. It is about 9 ft. [feet] thick & stands 6 ft [feet] or so above ground in places - nothing further is known about it, & it has no distinctive name.
