It is said that 19 were standing about 30 years ago but all except one have been Cut down and removed for building houses the only one remaining thus (small sketch - upright stone) is abt. [about] 5 feet above the surface and standing near a gate and angle of a stone wall at the north edge of the Woods of Schivas upon the property of the Earl of Aberdeen. |
