042 | About four years ago when the farmer of the Brae of Essie was ploughing in a field near to the base of Croich Hill, the plough turned up an Urn, and on further search being made other five were discovered, and were imbedded about nine inches from the surface, and contained calcined bones. They were on an average about 8 inches in depth by about 7 in diameter, and were of a wide and plain construction. |
