017 | The ruins of the old Parish Church of Kinnoir, situated on the east-side of the River Deveron. From an inscription that was on the east gable, the date of its erection is 1500, but notwithstanding this mentioned date, it is supposed to have been built in the early part of the 14th century, all that now remains of it, are the walls, which are about 3 feet high, who it was dedicated to, or whether it had any dedicatory name, is not known. |
