091 The ruins of a hunting seat, said to have been the property of the Forbes' It stands on a small Knowe a short distance to the N [North] of the Pass of Ballater.
It belonged to the family of Forbes, and was used as a hunting seat. It is now the property of the Earl of Aboyne. The walls are about 12 feet in height.
