033 No trace of this Chapel is to be seen. Nor was there a vestige of it standing more than a centuary ago. The site is in the corner of an arable field and when plowed, has a stony appearance quite different from the rest of the field. As no record of the date of its erection is to be found, it is probable that it was built as far back as the year 500. at the instigation of St. Finian, to which like the well near it, it was dedicated.
