033 This was a fine well some years ago, but it is now filled in and only a strong spring remains. It is dedicated to St Finian and the time was when peculiar Virtues were atributed to it, not from any Mineral Properties which it may possess, but from the blessing of the saint whose name it bears. It was regarded as a Holy well.
