075 This building in the beginning of 1864 was fitted up as an Episcopal Convent or a "home" of the Sisters of Charity. This is merely a branch establishment the original house or home being in Sussex from whence the present inmates (three Sisters) Came, as missionaries to Propagate their doctrines. and perform their works of Charity in relieving and instructing the poor They have a room fitted up as a chapel in which they perform their daily devotions. This is the only house of its Kind in Scotland, and
is Subject to the Supervision of the Minister of St. John's Episcopal Chapel, St. John's Place
