I John Veitch surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that upon Carefull Examination of the
forsaid Rates of Duties I find they amount in whole to Twenty Seven pound, Fourteen shilling
and threepence Str. [Sirling] And that upon the Third day Jan [January] Seventeen Hundred & Eighty
Six, I Transmitted to Robert Blair Coll. [Collector] of the said duties for the Shire Aforesaid an Exact
Duplicate of the above Account duty Examined & Compard with the foregoing which is
my oath that notices were left with the several Inhabitants or at their dwelling house
of the dates annex'd [annexed] to their respictive names that they were to be Charged with the Sums
Hereby Certified to be due from them Signed John Veitch junr [junior] Surveyor
