MALE SERVANTS TAX. By James Allan Surveyor

I James Allan Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby Certify That upon carefull Examin-
ation of the foregoing several rates & duties I find they Amount to Twelve pounds seven Shillings
& sixpence Sterling & that I did upon the 1st Current deliver to Mr William Muirhead
in Stirling Collector of the said duties an exact duplicate of the foregoing Account which
contained my Oath that Requisitions were left with the several Inhabitants or at their dwelling
Houses & those who made no returns are Charged with the said duties according to the best of
my Knowlege & belief as set against their several Names due from them
