5th of April 1792 to the 5th of April 1793 by me Anthony Macmillan Surveyor.

I Anthony Macmillan Surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that upon careful Examination
of the foregoing several rates and duties I find they amount in whole to the sum of
one pound seven shillings and six pence Sterling, and that upon the Seventh day of
Decr. [December] one thousand seven Hundred and ninety two years I delivered to Mr. John McKairly
Collector of the said duties for the Burgh aforesaid an exact Duplicate of the
foregoing which contained my oath that a Requisition or notice was delivered to the
forgoing Person of the date annexed to his name that was to be charged with the
duty set against his name as due from him.
