I James Watsone Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby certify that upon careful examination of the
forgoing Rates and Duties I find that they amount in whole to the Sum of Two pounds ten
Shillings Ster. [Sterling] And that upon the Eighteenth day of November current I delivered to Mr.
Robert Chapman Collector of the said Borough an exact Duplicate of this Survey which
contained my oath that the several persons beforenamed were duly served with Requisitions
and Notices whereby they were to be charged with the several Duties hereby Certified to be
due by them.
