from the 5th of April 1787 to April the 5th 1788 by William Currie Surveyor

I William Currie surveyor aforesaid do hereby Certify that upon carefull examination I find the amount
in whole to twenty three pounds fifteen shillings sterl [sterling] and that upon the 21st day of Novr [November] 1787 I deliverd
to Mr Francis Maxwell Collr [Collector] for the said duties for the Burgh aforesaid an exact duplicate of the
foregoing which containd my Oath that notices were Left with the several Inhabitants or at
their dwelling houses of the date anexed to their respective names that was to be Charged with the
sums hereby Certify to be due from them
