I Anthony Macmillan Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify that upon careful examination of the foregoing several rates and
Duties I find they amount in whole to the sum of Eighty six Pounds Sterling; and that upon the tenth day of January one
thousand seven hundred Eighty eight I delivered to Mr Thomas Adair Collector of the said Duties for the shire aforesaid an
exact Duplicate of the foregoing which contained my oath that requisitions were delivered to or left at the dwelling places of
the several foregoing Persons chargeable with the sums hereby certified to be due from them.
