from 25th, March 1778 to 25th, March 1779 p [per] James Allan Assessor
I James Allan Assessor aforesaid, do herby certify, That upon carefull
examination of the foregoing several Rates & duties, I find they amount to Two pounds
two Shillings Sterl, [Sterling] and that upon the 13th, Current I delivered to Mr, John McGibbon
Collector of the said duties and exact duplicate of the above Account duly examined &
compared with the foregoing, which contained my Oath that the above charges were
made from the best Information I could procure & certified the same to the above
Master & Mistresses that they were to be charged accordingly James Allan Assessor
