Nooklands, part of Torryhills on the East side of the King's High Way from Burntisland to Auchtertool and that part of Sister lands being about 1/13th. part of an acre then in closed within the said Alexander Stuarts Garden at Hillside per D. 26 June 1795, No. 554 £82.11.0
