1750 Aug 14 And the remaining cumulo of 242 merks, was by decree of this date, further divided as under

1747 April 30 The Lands of Rockallhead and Carthat, belonging to the Duke of Queensberry, were comprehended under the Marquis of Annandale's cumulo valuation, but having been evicted by the Queensberry family from that of Annandale, and having long paid public burdens by themsleves, they were, by decree of the Commissioners of this date, appointed to be subtracted from the Marquis' cumulo, and to be here rated, per se, at £405.0.0
1783 April 30 The Lands of Halleaths, with the Feu duty thereof, and Mail of the Eight Shilling Eight Pennyland of Sannick, that pertained to the Heirs of Herbert Kennedy, were valued at £225.0.0
And the other Five Merk Eight Shilling Eight Pennyland that pertained to Halleaths, deducing the Earl of Annandale,s feu duty, at £187.6.8
Making an aggregate of £412.6.8
And, by decree of the Commissioners of this date, the above aggregate was divided thus:-
The Lands and Estate of Halleaths, belonging to Gilbert Gordon £312.6.8
The half of the Lands of Ladyward, belonging to James Jardine £50.0.0
One fourth therof, belonging to John Jardine £25.0.0
One fourth thereof, belonging to William Jardine £25.0.0

1794 Nov 25 The Viscount of Stormont's cumulo valuation in Dumfries-shire at this date, was £12,744.0.0
When the Commissioners by their decree ordained the following articles to be deduced therefrom, viz:-
The Lands of Castlemains of Lochmaben, belonging to Lord Henderland, at the rate of £200.0.0
The Lands of Braidholm, belonging to A. Gordon £140.0.0
The Lands of Priestdykes, also belonging to him £30.0.0
The Lands of Broadchapel, now called Newmains, belonging to Paul Mounsey £90.0.0

1798 Dec 6 The Twelve Merklands of Esbie and Shaw in this parish, and the Half Merkland of Howes in the parish of Annan, stood valued in cumulo under this parish at 250 merks, and they were, by decree of the Commissioners of this date, divided as under:-

Howes, directed to be added to Annan parish, in which the property is situated, at £10.0.0

1798 Dec 27 The Lands of Todhillmuir were, by decree of the Commissioners of this date, disjoined from the Marquis of Annandale's cumulo valuation, and appointed to be here stated, per se, at £50.0.0
1799 Jan 3 And by another decree of the Commissioners of this date, the Lands of Broomhill, and Broomhillmuir, and Dales of Land in Loichmaben, were likewise disjoined from said Marquis's cumulo, and appointed to be here rated, per se, at £171.0.0
1804 April 30 The Viscount of Stormont's (now Earl of Mansfield) cumulo valuation, as already mentioned, was reduced to £12,284.0.0
And the Commissioners, by their decree of this date, ordained the valuation of the Lands of Fourtowns, commonly called the Twenty Poundland of Lochmaben, belonging to the Feuars or kmindly Tenants, to be disjoined therefrom, and to be here rated separately at £2,618.0.0
Thereby reducing the Earl's cumulo still further to £9,666.0.0
And, by the same decree, the above-mentioned valuation of 2618 merks upon the Fourtowns, was subdivided among the Feuar's or kindly Tenants as under:-
