I John Wood Surveyor aforesaid do hereby
Certify that upon carefull Examination I
find thee Duties to amount to the Sum of
Fifty Seven pounds Three Shillings
Sterling and that this day being the
6th of March 1798 I did deliver into the office
of George Cranstoun Esqr. Collector a full Duplicate
of this report; and I further
Certify that the charges agt. [against] the different
Inhabitants are made from the best information
I could procure when they failed to make such returns
