I Charles Robb assessor aforsad dow hereby Certify that upon carefull Exam-
iation of the foregoing duties I find the amount in whole to two pounds starling
and the ten per Cent duty to four Shillings and that upon the Second day
November I Deliverd to John Byn Collector of the said duties for the burgh
aforesaid an exact dublicat of the above account duly Examined and
compared with the foregoing which containid my Oath that Notices wer
Left with the severall Persons befor named or at there Dwelling houses
of the Dates annexed to ther respective names requiring them within
fourteen days to give in a list of ther Carags [Carriages] or Saddle horses
Retained or Employed by them from the 5 Day of Aprile 1790 to the
5 Day of April 1791 And that the said Account or Survey is made
out from the List returned to me and from the best information I could
procure of the Carr [Carriage] or Saddle horses of thos whows list are deficiant
Neglected or Refused to Give in a list these of in terms of the nottices Left
with them as aforesaid
