I David Hutcheson Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify that
upon carefuel Examination of the foregoing rates & Duties
find they amount in whole to the sum of Two pounds &
ten shillings Sterling and that this day I delivered to
James Cross Collector of the said duties an Exact duplicate
of the same which contained my oath that nottices were
left with the whole foregoing Inhabitants or at their
dwelling houses of the dates aforesaid that they were to be
charged with the sums hereby certifyed to be due
by them.
