I Neil McInnes Surveyor aforesaid Do hereby Certify That [upon]
Carefull examination of the foregoing Rates & duties [I find they amount]
in Whole to Thirty one pound ten shillings Sterling [And I do make]
Oath that requisitions were left or made with the [whole fore]
-going Inhabitants or at their dwelling houses of the [respective]
dates aforesaid To return their respective list as [therein ]
required and which they are Charged to the rates and duties
