I William Johnstone Surveyor aforesaid do hereby certify that upon [carefull examination]
I find the above duties amount to Six pounds ster, [sterling] and that upon the [2-- ] [I de:]
:livered to Henry Nelsen an exact duplicate of this account carefully examined [and]
containing my Oath that the foregoing Inhabitants were duely served with [requisitions]
and that they were charged according to their several returns or according t [to my know:]
:ledge & belief that they were liable in these duties.
