from the 5th April 1786 to the 5th April 1787. By William Brunton Surveyor.


Proof
11 horses at £0.10.0 each for one year is £5.10.0 in total.

I William Brunton Surveyor do hereby Certify that upon careful
examination of the Several Rates and dutys aforesaid, I find they amount
in whole to the sum of five pounds Ten Shillings Stre [Sterling] And that upon
the 25th day of Sepr [September] -- I delivered to Andrew Brown, Collector of
Said dutys for the Burgh aforesaid an exact duplicate of the above
Accounts examined and compared with the foregoing which contained my
Oath that Requisitions were left with the Several persons or at their
dwelling house that they are liable in the Sums Set against their
Several Names
