Doe by these presents testify that the abovewrtin [abovewritin] Report both of the said Collector and Sub-Collectors accomptes and of the New Survey abovementioned; conform to the abovewrtin [abovewritin] Listes is just and true As the samen wes given wp to me by the persons and in maner above set doun respective And it is hereby declaired that the forsd [foresaid] New Survey does not include the list of the poor given up and subscryved by the Ministers in the rexive [respective] parishes @ [as] set down.
