I Charles Robb Assessor aforesaid do herby Certify that upon Carefull Examination of the forgoing
Duties I find the amount in whole to five poun seven sillings and sixpence Sterling and
the ten per cent Duty to ten shillings and nine pence Sterling and that upon the Fourteenth
day November I delivered to Andrew Gullon Collector of the said duties fore the burgh afore[said]
an Exact duplicate of the Above Account duley Examined and Compaired with the foregoing which
contained my oath that nottices were left with Several persons befor named or at there dwell[ing]
house of the date Annexed to their respective name reqwiring them within fourteen Days to G[ive]
in a list of the Carriage or Saddle horses retained or Employed by them from the 5 Day of
April 1790 to the 5 April 1791 and that the said account or Survey is made out from the List
returned to me and from the best information I could procwer of the Carrs [Carriages] or saddle horses
of those whose list are deficient or refused to Give in a list therof in terms of the Notices Left
with them as aforesaid
